got this as a gag gift long ago, still works, it's never been out of it's container, cause it does have a put button that you can hear Homer. You stick Homer to your dash and talks in response to your car's movement or at the press of a button.
Kids played with it for awhile, and sorry it got annoying, but funny gift for the Homer collector. the plastic container does look aged, so time for him to come out.
