Other than the normal bits of library sticker on the spine and stamp on the page edgings, the book is in excellent condition- no rips, no writing, no pages missing.

This book is wonderful if you are interested in herbal tea.
It explains how to brew herbal teas, each herb has it's own page and describes what ailments each one is good for. There is a chapter that shows with diagrams which herbs to plant and how to arrange them when planting the garden for certain medicinal purposes. Some of the gardens are tummy care garden, aphrodisiac garden, cough cold & flu care garden, first aid garden, headache relief garden,,,and so on. Each herb in the garden is described as to what medicinal purpose it has.
It also has starting and caring for your garden, and gathering, cleaning and storing your herbs.
A very good book.
