It looks plated to me; but I'm not sure.

You can run a little test by seeing if it stick to a magnet. If it doesn't try to scratch the band with your finger nail. If it appears to be solid it might be solid silver but it it feels a bit soft or even plastic like it might be plated. Also look at the shine which is very important. If the shine is inconsistent or blurry- good indication of plated.

I tried the magnet trick--magnet did not stick, would not scratch off with my nail--shine is nice and consistent.

Just know that just because a magnet does not stick does not mean it is silver. There are metals like aluminum that do not stick. the best way is chemical test
