The cord you see in the picture is permanently attached, so there are no extra cables to worry about

It is for any gaming system that allows USB headsets. If the Xbox allows you to connect headsets through the usb on the front, then it will work. You can also connect the RGB plugs into your TV or monitor.

You wouldn't connect this to a controller, it needs it's own power source because it is much stronger than the stock xbox headset. You connect the usb to the Xbox to power the headset, then connect the two audio leads from the headset to the RCA leads that would normally supply sound from the Xbox to the TV.

I'm talking about the cable to talk to the mic it's a small cable I think it's a 2.5 that goes to the volume thing to the controller to talk on the xbox.
