I can't say for sure because I have them all packed up and ready to go. However, they are really, really long. Like maybe 34/36".

I am 6'0 tall...will these be long enough or do they have a hem with room to let them out?

You can let the hem out somewhat. I thinl a 6'0" tall would be fine in them. I think it would work.

There's a hem to let out, maybe an inch or so. Unfortunately, I have already packed these up, so I can't be exact on the inseam measurement, but they are looooonnnnggg! I had a tough time getting a pic because they were so long!
