This is a very cute top made by O'neill which is mostly a skater brand of clothing kinda like ROXY, billabong, Hurley, all very cute and very well known name brands. This top is a size small and fits more like a small/medium. It can either be worn tied around your neck like a halter top or just tied in the front like a strapless top. I took pics wearing it both ways. I prefer it strapless myself but it's cute either way. You can always switch it up if you like. It's in like new condition and I have only worn this top one time and it's been washed maybe three times only cuz if I try something on o usually take it off and throw it down trying to find something else to wear in a hurry then later I pick up all the clothes I tried on and put them in my laundry basket and it ends up getting washed even without being worn or dirty. Lol anyways this top is in great like new condition and has no problems at all except I never end up wearing it ever and it needs to belong to someone that's going to get some use out of it cuz it's a cute top and wants to be seen.
