10 1/4 inches. Chuck Taylor's I found out run about a 1/2 size larger than regular shoe sizes. I usually wear a 6 1/2-7. And these are too big for me.

So they are exactly 10 1/4 inches (26 cm)? No bigger? I measured my own converse and they are 25 cm so I think I can just add insoles and wear thicker socks and it should be ok... :) but I was wondering why does it say 24 cm on the inside of the flap in the picture, if you measured it to be 26?

Oh boy, my niece who is 11 is having a fit. She wants these so bad. She was jumping up and down when she saw them. She wears a size 5 but I was told that with women's shoes you go down 2 sizes to be in a kids size. So a 7 in women's would be a 5 in childrens. It has worked before so I believe that is right. Does anyone know for sure?
