Iam just stating the rules on listia period...because ive had alot of listis bidders that get mad when they dont get there item in few days and as for a refund ....thats why i have all rules on here to cover my butt

Hi just wanted to let you know the cleansing brush can not be listed it is against the rules for being a used item. Since the proactiv+ was used i'm sure the brush was used.

Yes we are supposed to send out in 7 days and yes it can take up to 7-12 days after mailing to arrive LOL!
She must be new to the world of Listia and the postal service : )

It's common sense with the mail lol
You can't blame the sender for what happens after its been mailed out.
I ordered something two weeks ago, with 2 days shipping and I still haven't received it because of the weather.
USPS states that it takes anywhere from 3-15 days to receive an item.
