This auction is for a Verizon smartphone. It does work, but the battery won't hold a charge. The pictures are of the phone plugged in.

If you don't use the phone, it will last 60 minutes. Maybe. It might just need a new battery. We switched carriers and didn't worry about looking into the phone's issues. I will say that it works perfectly except for not holding a charge.
