Is it just the rose as we see it or is there a pin or snap or something on the back? If not it would definitely be a easy fix... and how large is it?

It is 2&1/4" diameter (the rose itself). No there is not a clip on the back. I use a hair clip if I wear it in my hair and a small safety pin for clothes, purses etc. As you said, an easy fix. They are very beautiful in person. Thanks for watching.

Would it be sent that it wouldn't be possible it get squashed during travel /delivery ? I wouldn't want a partially flattened Rose VERY BEAUTIFUL :) is it possible you'd include a hair clip ?
