New without tags dress by Jessica McClintock. LIGHT BLUE WITH BLACK LACE DETAIL. Very cute!!! Size 3. Possibly juniors? Has some stretch. Zipper is not broken , my mannequin is just too big :) I'm cleaning out my closet and have many items that I've been saving even though I can't fit in them anymore or i purchased and never wore. *I am very sorry to say that I can NO LONGER OFFER FREE SHIPPING due to the fact that in the last 3 months I've spent between $150 to $200 a Month on shipping. When the hubby realized he said we can't afford this on our 1 person income a month :( so I have many items to list but I have to charge for shipping. The good news is it will only be a flat cost :) not the exact.

*I ship within 3 to 5 business days after receiving verified shipping address and payment for shipping. After the auction is over I will send my PayPal info which is an email adders to the highest bidder of the auction. I always ship with a tracking number (which cost approximately $1.00) this is for both buyer and seller protection. This way both parties are aware of estimated delivery time, date and progress. I will always give a refund if the item does not arrive but again that's where the tracking number comes in handy.
Shipping can cost anywhere from $1.90 to $15.00 depending on the weight, size or if shipping to the east coast.
*Also just want to say that I've had problems when I win an action and have to pay for shipping. For example... I won, paid then the seller never sent the item. This has happened to me several times which was very disappointing and frustrating.

*I want to assure you that you don't have to worry about that happening with me. I try my best to ship out as soon as possible and always within the 5 business days. I follow the Listia rules :)
