The listing, IPOD armband Sports band has ended.

this is an arm band for and IPOD that attaches inside the white part shown in the pics. It is a fully adjustable strap that attaches with Velcro and is one size fits most.
I only wore it once but then got one in my favorite color so no longer use this one. Gently washed and cleaned.

I believe it can... I has to have a case that has a plastic circle on the back. The plastic circle slides into the "V"shaped white part on the band as pictured.. that is how it would stay on..

grrr.. it wont let me edit the listing now. Here's what I can do.. The case that goes with this is from "creative zen silicone skin " If you google that along with the word "clip", you should see under images what I am talking about...THey seem to be pretty inexpensive to get... hope this helps
