- YES, it's clear for activation. I used this phone for a few months and have upgraded to a Blackberry.
- YES, it comes with wall charger.
- YES, that cute pink spring flower case comes with it:)
- Note: the previous Listian that owed it beat up screen (enlarge the picture for better view). There are 2 very noticeable scraps on the screen top middle and lower left. It's the best picture I could get.
