The listing, Cactus Seeds - Trichocereus pachanoi -10 Seeds -- Last Ones! has ended.
Trichocereus pachanoi (San Pedro Cactus) seeds. This is the most famous member of the Trichocereus group. The sacred San Pedro cactus has a long history of traditional uses. Like all other Trichocereus species Trichocereus pachanoi can be propagated from seeds or cuttings. Seeds germinate in a humid environment at around 25 °C. It can take 10-14 days before the first little seedlings start to pop out of the ground. San Pedro cactus likes a rich and slightly acidic soil with good drainage. To achieve this you can use regular peat based potting soil and add around 25% grit or pumice. Trichocereus pachanoi needs to be watered well during active growth in summer. Keep it completely dry in winter at a minimum temperature of 4 °C. This columnar cactus needs as much light as you can provide. Young plants and seedlings need partial shade and are sensitive for sudden changes in light intensities.
