Verizon htc droid eris no scratches i bought it from Amazon about a week ago activated but i could not get any bars and i bought it used but it is almost in mint condition

It's not the phone, I can get about 5 miles away from my house and then I get between 2-3 bars

It does have the play store. This is an older phone and its called the "market" on older ones :)
