Printed lighter weight not completely sheer
still in unopened package so just going by what it looks like from inside package .. Sorry

Thanks for the info. :-) When I up-cycle old jeans into skirts I use valances a lot for the skirting on the shorter skirts. I was just wondering if I would need a contrasting liner underneath or just a pair of leggings. Beautiful item. Thank you for listing it. :-)
