I have a lot of vintage and a lot of new and some very old, i just can't remember much about these, they have never been used and i know i have had them awhile.They look like big chunks of sterling at the bottom, and they shine like sterling. I will try and look with my eye piece, I have got a lot of complements from family and friends as well as myself that know they are beautiful.
