this is a brand new never opened aqua blue 3ds i bought it at game stop and was going to give it to my son because he really wanted one but after i caught him sneaking out of the house i decided not to give it to him so if any questions just ask ill be more than happy to answer them there is also 1 3ds game that comes with it (pilot wings resort)also good luck and happy bidding after auction is over and i get the winners address i will ship within 10 days but probably sooner then the full ten days im just saying 10 days just so if something like comes up once again happy bidding and good luck

I agree... I will not be bidding. You have an 83% rating. Not good enough... and only 1 pic of a closed box. and who spends $200 on something to bid on listia... If your son did not deserve this, you would have taken it back to the store unless money just seems to fall from the sky around ur house... BE WARE!!!!! I will be suprised if this is real! And that is alot of points to throw away on an auction from someone who doesn't even have that many badges.

How old are you? What do you do for a living where you can just give this away?

EagleChild, I noticed that too! I mean I understand that times are tough and people can't sell just about anything anymore, but when I have to get rid of some valueable items for dirt cheap credits and have to ship for free, that ***** me off!

Has anyone else noticed that listia is actually scamming people.. they have fixed the search engine so that not all search results come up.. try it.. type in PSP or Xbox and see how few results come up.. then go into browse categories and you will see items with the search name in the title that don't come up.. this has happened since the last update and even though people have complained nothing has been done about it. The more people complain hopefully they will do something. It is limiting the amount of bids people get on their auctions which isn't fair to the people giving away items that are actually worth a decent chunk of change. Write up a support ticket and get listia to do something!

its not really fine if you wait 10 days, after 9 days the credits get automatically transferred to you and then it will be hard for the buyer to request a refund if they need to
