This HP 61XL Printer ink is NOT normal HP 61XL ink! It turns out there are two different types. One type can only be used on earlier models of HP printers! The 1st Generation of printers! If your printer is not listed then this HP 61 ink WILL NOT work in your printer! I bought this thinking it would work in my printer to find out that it does not. The two I opened are not part of this auction. These are new.

THIS IS REMANUFACTURED INK! There is a large "STOP" sticker on the package (see pictures).

This HP 61 ink ONLY works in the following printers:

DESKJET 1000, 1050, 1055, 2050, 3000, 3050, 3050A, 3052A, and 3054A

You will receive ONE Compatible HP 61 XL Black ink cartridge and ONE Compatible HP 61 XL Tri-color ink cartridge.

Yay! I hope you get the chance to bid. They could use a home. I have a HP deskjet 2542 and I bought these from a place thinking I could have ink at 1/3 of the price. Turns out I was wrong. I should have read the label closer but who knew HP would make ink for 1st generation models and 2nd generation models and keep the same number for both? So since it was on sale I am not allowed to return them. According to the package they should work great in your printer!

Won't work with my printer but, like I said, who can't use ink? Wish it was for an Epson xp-610, I'd be all over it! :)

Mine is the HP ENVY 4501 would it for or no? I have 2 black reg but need the tri color badly for my online schooling! I just bought I for Christmas and already out of both! Ugh it takes a ton of Ink if the xl would work that would be something much nicer get more ink out of one cartridge!
