AVC brand computer fan for desktop computer motherboard mounting. Model # F5332NC and other code # is A701000581. For motherboards from about 5 years ago. Not sure of any other numbers or sizes. I have added several more pictures to hopefully help out!

I can only estimated as I don't have it packaged. But since it weighs near nothing, with a box weight it might get to 1lb. To your ZIp, ground USPS shipping is between $5.35 and $6. If you bid and win I can give you the exact afterwards. FYI, I have around 8 of them exactly the same. If you have a store of something in need of many I could list a bulk lot and pack and weigh them ahead. Just thinking.

Those mounting brackets are for socket A, 939, AM2, AM3 right?

I got them from my wife's work but she doesn't remember what type of system they were from. I only know what I put for information in the listing. They should be pretty standard for older systems over 5 years ago or motherboards still using that same tech
