Great item for the collector of Budweiser items or just unusual items! This is an old (see the photo of the top of the can) Budweiser can that was double printed with K-Mart Big K soda. This can is empty but unopened. A really awesome item and conversation piece.

Yes, it is legal. The can is empty. there was never any alcohol or anything else in it. It is a sealed, empty can.
