Tracking comes with shipping and the phone is paid for but I don't know how to unlock it has sim slot that's as far as my phone knowledge goes

Not true verizon does use a sim you need to recheck your source my 5c also uses a sim and so does my husbands lg g3

we are both correct... the iPhone 4s (new models are both GSM and CDMA per new Gov rules) does have a sim card for international only... a verizon iPhone 4s cannot be used for U.S. GSM carriers...
