Adorable~ (miniature) porcelain repro doll

This doll is in excellant condition. She stands approximately 3" tall, is fully dressed (shoes painted on), her face is painted, and she has glass eyes (brown). Her eyes don't look exactly the same to me (up close).

Again, an estate doll...no information about previous owners (pet owners, smokers, etc...).

I was looking for porcelain dolls for my Mama's collection for christmas and came across your action. I was contemplating on bidding until I saw your name. My Mama's name is Robin. I got 3 on Ebay ($103 which is ridiculously high but seemed like a good deal at least). They're about 4.5 inches with glass eyes and jointed limbs. They're not pretty yet. They're dirty and don't have hair or clothes, but they will be pretty and could use this dollie as their mentor. I'm all fascinated by old dollies now. I've taught myself to restring and make missing parts. If I could open a business it would be a doll hospital. : )

I would love to be able to restore dolls, but I'm afraid I'm not that talented. I have some really nice ones in my collection that could use a facelift. I could probably keep your doll hospital pretty full:)

I heard about doll hospitals when i was little, but they do still exist. I bet you can find one semi locally.

Alernately, I'd need round trip airfare for the dollie, but I'd work probono. Doctors always do internships.
