Yeah, this one is really easy to you. You get much better control when you're playing a game. I don't have my Wii anymore so it is time for a new home.

I seen that it does work with the wii original so its the same as the first white controllers? It got me at 'plus' so I'm curious lol sorry

Yes, it's the same as the original only better. The plus refers to the increases sensitivity of the MotionPlus which is built in. The button pressing of typical controllers is replaced by the natural fluid motion of your hand. The Wii remote senses your every action, according to the description but you do get much better control with it.
