This is a new Orgreenic "Flip Jack" pancake pan, 7 1/2" diameter. It is out of box but will be packaged to ship carefully. I have been using Orgreenic pans for over a year now and really like them--very little oil needed in cooking and great clean up. This pan is wonderful for pancakes, french toast, over easy eggs, etc. Instead of spatula turning, you just flip the pan over.
