Sorry but it is 8 pounds. I put low points. This thing cost money and I don't want to pay for shipping on top of that. If it didn't weight a lot I'd offer free shipping.

Would this fit in a flat rate padded envelope for $6.10..or a medium flat rate box for $12

It is much too big to fit on either of those. It doesn't even fit in the LARGE flat rate box. I'm using a generic box to fit it.

It is 19 dollars to your zip code. It is kind of hard to explain what it does. Why don't you look it up on YouTube? I'm sure someone has made a clip of it.

I just used Stamps.com to weigh 8 lbs from Largo to here and it was only $14.42. You did say 8lbs right? That's priority mail 2 day using regular brown box up to 70lbs. Do you have other fees?

No I used the regular uses app. For priority shipping. It said $19 and change. The measurements are 20 x15 x 8 for the box. I do not add any fees.
