This is being re-listed I have decided to add a surprise gift to whom ever wins this auction

this dish could be used as either a candy dish or a potpourri dish or for floating candles
there are no chips or cracks in this bowl there is small spot of rust on very bottom of stand

Has this been used for anything? I think this would be good for floating candles. I would like to win this to use with floating candles for a prize at my daughter's baby shower. I inherited this bowl and she always used it for flower petals. So it could be used for candles for sure. I am sorry but I cant do free shipping at this point I just don't have the income for it at this point hopefully in the future I will be able to provide free shipping.It isn't very heavy so shipping shouldn't be much.

there is some small minor rust spots on the very bottom of the stand, nothing major though this could be dealt with easily by a quick sand in that spot and some paint and one would never know was there.
