It has a full pocket for paper bills, (see pic 2) the bill pocket is the full length of top and bottom where my hand is in the middle. There is a zippered pocket for change. In addition, there is a window pocket for ID and three card slots. Snap closure. The black and silver trim feels like faux leather, the rest of it where the hearts are feels like nylon. It is clean and in good condition.
