Description
The listing, 1940 Tavern and Ice Cream Parlor centerfold Fishing Ruler has ended.
Adjusts from 12" to 24" long, shows some fading and aging but has been kept in great shape considering it is from prior to WWII. Why they had a tavern along with an ice cream parlor is beyond me, perhaps because electric refrigerators were still a rarity back then?
States the limits of how many and what size fish you were allowed to catch each day along with Wisconsin's 1940 license fees. The brass grommet that allows you to fold this in half still looks excellent. I don't fish.
Continental United States only. Thank you.
