Although it is made of natural ingredients, there is a sensitivity warning on this package to test first on the inside part of your arm. I tried one directly on my face and I did not have a reaction and I do have very sensitive skin but it's best to test anyway. The pre-cut holes for the eyes, nose and mouth are very generously cut. You do have to have 10-15 minutes to just sit/lie back for the mask's clay and other ingredients to work on your skin but the mask stays on your face if you do have to walk (not run) around the house. Take time out for yourself!
