Yes, i'm sorry, I should have that listed. it is synthetic. Polyester i believe, but not sure. it is packaged or i would check.

I believe it is. it's my size and looks bigger than what i would normally wear. so it would make it true to size. as 2x is a little big on me. i didn't try it on thou. hope this helps.
