Lol...the first several times i tried i hated them and now i wear them all the time and my daughter and all my friends wonder how i keep them on so long and so good. U have to find the nail sticker that fits your finger (they may not be totally perfect but u cant tell...place the sticker and press bend the remaining strip thats at the top down and get a nail file and file it right off...comes right off. Then u want to put a few clear coats over the nail polish strip. You will love them. All brands work good. I honestly like the cheaper ones better. No nail drying or messy remover!! Thanks Steph
