Top screen is in great shape, bottom screen has wear from use but works great and is not noticeable in use. Console comes with a wall charging cable and game with no case. Vaguely, but really it has been worn off over the years of use. This is a genuine Nintendo product if that's your concern.

No, unfortunately with the DSi they removed the Game Boy port. The only way you can play GBA games on it, to my knowledge, is to buy a flash card like the SuperCard TWO, which allows you to play ROMs. Thanks for your interest.

Think of ROMs and digital copies of physical games. If you own a physical copy of Pokemon Fire Red then you could go online and download a ROM of that game and play it on your computer. Its not mandatory to own the game but is highly frowned upon to have a ROM and no physical game, its most likely illegal in fact but with older titles is normally "turned the other cheek" on if you will.
