This size 7 gorgeous ring was popular last time I listed it. Sterling Silver and 10kt Gold Flash surround this gorgeous 1.18ct Pear cut Aquamarine. Add a diamond accent, and this is the perfect ring for a March Birthday!

Thanks! A general guideline a silver or gold ring can generally be resized up or down 2 sizes, however, only an Jeweler can say for sure. The set of the stones has to be figured in :) This particular ring style only comes in a 7.
