Do the pin backs work? Are all the pieces the same size so they care share or do the pins use two different size inserts?

Both of the pin backs work perfectly and are in excellent condition. All 12 inserts are interchangeable. Ten came with the Mother Bee and Two came with the Baby Bee. All inserts are designed to fit either one. Joan Rivers added the Baby Bee after the Mother Bee was released. Thank you for your interest.
