Brand new! Great idea for when our little ones need a cold compress, but hate the usual ice pack. Scooby comes to the rescue. There is a tight (most kids will not be able to open it) velcro pocket underneath that holds an ice pack (included). Should ship for $2. pp or concealed cash. US only please.

yes, and a great distraction from whats really going on!! My son hates to have ice on anything, he doesnt know there's ice in it
