This is nice if Your working in the Heat. t keeps you cool all day up to 8 Hrs. At night put it in a cup of cold water set it in the fridge until morning Take it out and Tie it around Your neck. And do that with it every night. DO NOT PUT IT IN THE WASHER OR DRYER
Wash it out by hand and hang and just put it in the cup of water in the fridge. FREE SHIPPING
