The listing, Sony Dictator Vintage Device still works has ended.

I am not an expert and will do my best to describe the item> From what I can tell this thing still works. It has a noisy whistle like sound. I don't know how to use it, sure it isn't hard to learn, but I need a blank cassette. From what I can tell it still works, but not sure. It is an older dictator made by Sony.

It is a dictation/transcriber machine. Is it a standard, micro or mini cassette size and does it come with foot pedal or headset?

Good day. You know I think this is standard size. I see that it has a mic but I don't see a headset nor do I understand what the foot pedal is so I am not sure that it comes with this. Sorry

This is what I See on the machine Secretive BM-40A Sony Cassette Dictator Machine Telephone. This is a vintage Sony Cassette Dictator, with microphone to record. Has Telephone Record Red Button and Volume Control roller button.
