Yes u put stamps on but need a label for address. Cut a piece of paper or print a label. Maybe a sharpie pin would work. Are they 6 x 9?

Yes...you can write on it with a sharpie, print out labels, or have the post office print off labels...anything. Polly is just the material it's just a shinny like film overlay.
