I would say women's or misses. Juniors doesn't fit me, they are too tight. A juniors large is generally way to small for me. I guess that's because I do not have a junior size body :) I hope this helps. Did I list measurements? If not I will.

It feels like yarn? The tag only says made in Bangladesh. It is not scratchy and I would say medium soft. Not like angora soft, but not wool rough either. Hope this helps?
