Tracking is always included! This was bought brand new from Ross last summer, and is used, but in great condition. It did have a strap, which was attached on the inside, but that broke, so I just wore it as strapless. You can't tell unless you look on the inside of the dress. It is not tight, but not super loose, so I think it may fit a Medium, and I usually fit sz L, and it fits me great!! It is a perfect length for me, and I am 5'4, so it comes to me feet, and I am still able to wear flat sandals without tripping. My bust size is 36c and it is not super tight, yet it still holds great, without slipping down. I really love this dress, but got new clothes, and there just isn't enough room for them all.
