The listing, Brand New still in Plastic Power Ranger SPD cake dec kit has ended.

This is a Kit from DecoPac. I cant seems to get my camera working so i took a pic from google. This is from 2005 i have the picture card that fits into a 3 ring binder with the picture of how to make cake. It is just like the flyer u see at the bakery that u would pick from and the 3 power rangers Red Blue Green. and also 4 plastic rings. it is still wrapped in plastic. Brand new or ur child could use it as a toy. Not for children under 3.
