Her/his nose has been opened and she takes a magnetic paci., she/he does have a wig that you can style, , I just love it. her ears are pierced, or remove for a boy.,,

she can wears 18 months up to 24 month depends on brand some fit better than others, the dresses she is wearing are 24 months
