This is for 1 Hand-Detailed Flower Cart Die Cut Embellishment cut from card stock and hand assembled and detailed. You don't see these much here in the United States much unless they are fancy decorations for a flower shop, but in Europe they are still plentiful with several uses. They are occasionally used to decorate front yards and often fresh flowers are sold on the streets by vendors, especially outside those darling cafes where one can get a great cup of coffee!
