The ones in the first picture are being worn by my adult friend that wears size ladies 9 to 11. But the tag says Girls 9 to 11

I have the picture of the package. I will not open it. The ones pictured out are the ones I gave to my friend. My friend is wearing them and yes she is an adult mother of teens.
