AVON Bracelet is 7 1/2 " - 8 1/2"
There is a separate 1" section that is removable.

This bracelet is silver (not stamped so don't know if this is real) with dark blue (sapphire-like) crystals.

I wore it years ago. Didn't discolor or do anything to my wrist. I just don't wear bracelets anymore.
