Yes, the produce little plantlets on the leaves. You can take them off or let them fall where they stand. They are very easy to get going. Put them on top of a little dirt, they root themselves. Lots of times they begin rooting right on the plant. Easy little fellas!
Hi, the little plantlets develop on the leaves, then you can either remove them to plant elsewhere or let them drop and they will grow. They do grow pretty fast, from a little plantlet to a 2-3 inch plant that starts growing its own plantlets takes about 3-4 months. But this plant will grow very tall also. Mine is probably about 18 inches to 2 feet tall. Cool plant.
I'm really hoping to win this, as my mother always had them. I never thought to get a start from her, and now that she is gone, I want to keep the plant going in her honor.
do you know the name of this Kalanchoe, if not, do you have a better picture or can you take a better picture of the plant so I can tell what kind it is, it kind of looks like an Alligator Kalanchoe with what I can see, please let me know, thank you
