Description

The listing, Vintage 1965 Simplicity #5753 pattern has ended.

This is a Vintage 1965 Simplicity #5753 size MEDIUM (14 to 16) Jiffy Nightgown pattern.

How easy is this! There are only 2 pattern pieces for the nightgown and one for the panties underneath!!!

Nightgown can be made short, long or mid length,,,any length you want!!!!!

Pattern has been used once. I know this because I used it after I bought it in 1965. I did cut the pattern at the "length" line, so if you want to make it long you will need to tape it back together.

I cut it very neatly (OCD?? yep!) so you will have no trouble with it.

I do not have the fabric layout/instruction sheet for it. If I find it before the end of auction I will update the auction.

Even without instructions, this is very easy to put together if you have even a little sewing knowledge.

The pattern jacket is somewhat worn and has a couple tears. Nothing a little tape won't fix.

There is white out on the front of the envelope and some pencil scribble on the back.

If you have any question feel free to ask.

No buyers remorse.

All Listia rules apply.

Will ship to VERIFIED Listia address USA only/Local pick up also available.

If you are NOT VERIFIED don't bid,,,,,I will NOT ship to you.

Any chance you would also have in a larger size? Thanks.

No,,,,but it is so easy to make as large or as small as you need it to be.

If you slit it down the middle and spread it apart it is larger! It's that simple.

This is a Jiffy pattern that has very few pattern pieces.

No facings to worry about or any of that other stuff. Great for a beginner and comfortable for everyone!

Oops! I just mis spoke. To make it larger (look at the pattern piece in the photo) all you have to do is place it FARTHER away from the fold of the fabric.

Do this for both pattern pieces equally and it will be larger sized! Then do everything else the same.
