It is 21 inches in length! Does have pockets on each side! Very warm!

If I bid on this and win it could you wait until Saturday for shipping payment? Well actually I would have to send out a money order on that day. I'm just afraid that it will be too small for me. I usually wear a XL or a 1X depending on who the maker is. They all make things differently. Do you have a return policy?
