FREE: TARGET GIFT CARD $12.89

Cleaning out my basement (my shop is still iced in) I found this in a box of Christmas decorations.

This Target card has no fees and no expiration!! I called the *800 number and confirmed that there is indeed $12.89 left on it.

I rarely shop at Target so I am offering it for FREE here .

I will be sending the physical card by mail with tracking.
I will not be sending it digitally, also i am placing a higher minimum bid so that a GIN can be offered!
